Voluntary Out-of-home Care


Trusted Home Disability Care has a Voluntary Out-Of-Home support service available in New South Walesfor vulnerable children and young people and their families by providing tailored support around the safety and wellbeing of the children and young people in our care, away from their usual family home.

Their youth worker is responsible for the delivery of high-quality supports that promote the emotional, social, and behavioural needs of vulnerable children and young people using a therapeutic approach. OurYouth Workers will work closely with stakeholders and capture vital information using online systems to achieve the young person’s full potential and desired goals.
