Support Coordination

We also have an inhouse Support Coordinator who canassist participantsto build the skills needed to understand and use their NDIS plan. They work with participants to make sure that a variety of supports are used to increase their ability to maintain relationships, access community services, live more independently and be included in their community.

Our Support Coordinator can help to speak to providers about what they can offer, how much it will cost and make sure that all service agreements and bookings are completed, all whilst maintaining participant’s independence and with their goals and missions in mind.Our Support Coordinator’s focus is to assist participants in optimising their NDIS funding making sure that they are benefiting the most out of their funded supports.
